Our Director of Human Resources will originate and lead HR practices and objectives that will provide a team-member oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior team. The Director coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team; and assists and advises company managers about human resources issues.
Access Networks is based in Valencia, CA with additional team-members working remotely from 10 other states. Multi-state HR, policy development, legal compliance, and reporting experience is vital for this role. You will use your problem solving abilities and knack for making things better to build-out and implement a performance management process, team development, and training program. This is a position where you can utilize your creativity and people skills to design and execute a strategy for recruiting, selecting, and onboarding a high quality, diverse team. Please have a Master's and 3 -5 years management experience or Bachelors and 5 – 7 years management experience, preferably in a startup/growing company environment. Working knowledge of, and experience with, CA labor laws and regulations. Working knowledge and experience with multi-state labor laws and regulations. Superb interpersonal skills.
